We here at Hoverkicks are consumers just like you and if for some reason you are unhappy with the product we would be more than happy to exchange or return them for a refund:
- Shoes must be returned in perfect condition. This means there can be no damage, blemishes, or evidence of wear or use of any type
- Shoes must be returned with all original contents included.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on clearance items. All sales are final
- Hoverkicks will cover the cost of ground shipping for a return or exchange if requested within 14 days of order delivery

- You will need to submit photos of your shoes
- Once approved you will be provided a shipping label if qualified.
- All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt by you of the shipping label.
- Once the warehouse accepts and processes your return, we will either exchange your product or issue you a refund in the form of the original payment
